Booking and cancellation policy
To secure your booking with KB Doggy Stay Northumberland, a £50 deposit is required upon completion of your reservation. We understand that plans can change, so we ask for at least one week's notice for any cancellation or change of dates and times. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than one week's notice.
